, Time Deposit Accounts and prepare revisions to accounts Handle client service requests regarding account closing, stop pays, debit card disputes, questions on bank products and services, electronic payments and card limits Promote and cross -sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online & mobile banking products, trust and payroll services Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions Adhere to all security procedures, maintains standards in handling cash drawer and balancing Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Retail or cash handling experience Computer skills Reliable attendance Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of small office - team oriented Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction Reliable attendance Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer Applicant testing administered No established salary range.
