They assist with hiring, training, and budget management.
They answer all customer inquiries, mitigate all customer concerns, complaints or misunderstandings with sincerity, honesty, courtesy, tact and diplomacy and genuine concern for the customer and their needs.
They offer logical diagnostic services, provide accurate estimates, and assist with goal setting an attainment.
Requirements include prior automotive service or directly related experience, excellent customer service skills, computer competency and ability to perform a wide variety of functions relative to the position.
