Experience:
Should have 8 to 10 years experience in QA/QC for Painting & Coating inspection / relevant certifications Equipment Inspected - Should have done inspections on:
Structural Tanks Pressure Vessels and Pressure equipment Piping and fittings Offshore platforms Detailed Inspection Experience :
Read and interpret drawings Witness test as per ITP Visual inspection Surface preparation Holiday test Blasting and Coating Insulation DFT / WFT check Educational Requirements:
Associate degree with QA/QC experience or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Eng.
Certifications:
Not mandatory, but preferred to have NACE Level 2 certificate / BGAS Grade 2 / Knowledge of ISO 8501 Additional Requirements:
Should be able to prepare good Inspection reports using MS Word.
Should be able to work with different reporting tools.
