As an Accounting Clerk specializing in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Sage software to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Sage software to process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, cash receipts, and customer account reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable functions, including vendor invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliations using Sage software.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and electronic.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and analyze financial reports as required.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in accounting or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive salary starting at $17 per hour, commensurate with experience.
This is a Monday -Friday, 8-5pm position.
