Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree a plus Either a minimum 1 year of experience or more in a customer service position, preferably in a healthcare organization Multi-tasking in detail essential Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures Knowledge of MS Office:
