Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
answering phones, collecting, sorting and distributing mail, clerical tasks within the office, directing guests, assisting staff with any office needs, training and becoming familiar with oil & gas operations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Oil and gas exposure and accounting experience is desired but not required.
Applicant must be flexible, reliable, detail oriented, able to work in an everchanging environment, proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to work as a team.
Position is M-F, 8am-5pm with full benefit package.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
