7K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Communication with Contracts, SOS, Tech Analysts, PSSRs, and Customers required to resolve DNA records and Dealer Trifecta Coverage.
Work with internal departments and call external customers to manage the Machine Pop Dealer Data Cleanup Project.
This project not only cleans our system files, it also helps with PACS (% of Assets Communicating & Subscribed) and POCA (% of connected assets).
Assisting new customers with all of the features and benefits of their purchase, from the Cat Card and Vantage Rewards, to Visionlink and eCommerce.
Lead eCommerce Retention initiatives Utilize invite features with reps.
Call customers to assist and follow-up to help grow our active customer base ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS Directly managing 3rd tier Marketing customers contact records and machine pop files.
Help facilitate Customer Onboarding, eCommerce, and Visionlink activation.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY Experience working with computers and Microsoft Excel is required.
Must be able to effectively read and write in such a manner to communicate to all levels of company personnel, suppliers, and customers.
Must have ability to establish, monitor, and meet short and long-term goals.
Must be well organized, self-motivated, able to work very effectively under pressure, and able to meet timelines.
Working knowledge of database and segmentation concepts.
Overall, a team player who is willing to work outside of designated job duties on occasion.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS Material and equipment directly used:
Computers, printers, copier, telephone, scanner, calculator, iPad & iPhone.
Sit 6-8 hours a day.
Use hands for average manipulation.
Walk and/or stand for 0-2 hours per day.
Some overnight travel may be required.
Some lifting required, up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work long days with occasional evenings and weekends.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
