Summary:
Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Position.
This position must have the desire to perform quality work in a safe manner, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus.
This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities, closing sales, and taking orders.
Responsible for seeking new clients, understanding customer needs, and maintaining existing customers.
Support the outside sales team by completing quotes and sales requests as necessary.
Support customers by pulling and staging will call orders, issuing sales orders, and completing fulfillments as required.
Support service technicians by supplying required equipment and tools.
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
Responsible for processing sales transactions, booking tickets, and providing product information.
Responds to customer complaints quickly and efficiently with complete professionalism.
Maintain an accurate and functional warehouse by following all shipping and receiving processes.
Keep sales area and warehouse clean, organized and free of clutter.
Must comply with Roeslein & Associates' core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships with employees.
Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company contracts, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI's) for consistency.
Must attend all manager meetings, training, and safety meetings as required.
Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization's goals.
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.

Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.

Work is performed in an office and uncontrolled atmosphere.
Exposure to harsh conditions--such as:
dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures--for short periods of time is possible.
All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Experience:
Two (2) or more years of experience in inside sales.
Experience selling automative equipment, instrumentation, pipe, valves and fittings that are applicable to oil and gas production and measurement processes.
Must be a positive motivator and professional role model.
Persuasive, amiable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written are required.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs are required.
Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
