Career Bound with Dell Technologies Services
Career Bound with Dell Technologies Services is a 10-month program aimed at bringing the next generation of diverse leaders into Dell Technologies.
Through partnering with HBCUs and HSI colleges and universities, we build relationships across diverse communities and inspire future leaders in the tech industry.
Our program takes place concurrently with school cycles over the fall and spring semesters.
In the fall, we invite our students to explore their strengths, personal brand, and interviewing skills.
Through the spring, we dive into professional acumen, problem-solving, and offer job-shadowing opportunities.
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of how to leverage their strengths to build a brand
- Learn professional acumen to be successful in a hybrid corporate environment
- Learn how to structure problem solving to make informed decisions
- Explore the diverse opportunities available at Dell and the culture code we live by
- Develop an established network of Dell professionals to support their personal and career development

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
Requirements
- Commit to attending Wednesday evening sessions, once a month, for 10 months.
These will be roughly 90-minute sessions, from 5:
30-7:
00 PM EST / 4:
30-6:
00 PM CT.
These will begin in late September and run through April 2024. - We are looking for students who will be in their Junior year during Fall of 2023 and Spring of 2024
- To be eligible for an internship interview, you must be considered a rising Senior during the Summer of 2024, with an expected graduation date of Spring of 2025.
- If you are a sophomore, you are welcome to apply for the Services Academy.
However, you will not be eligible to interview for an internship. - Regardless of your school year, you will be eligible to receive a stipend for academic purposes following successful completion of the program.
