We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales Coordinator to join our team.
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for customer service and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer leads and maintaining an up to date online inventory with photos.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments from online leads.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities - Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and assisting with lead generation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM.
Requirements:
