Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager- Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity. Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager perform routine bookkkeeping and adminstrative functions such as answering the phones, customer service, invoicing, payroll, a/r and a/p, bookkeeping. Responsibilities for an Full Charge Bookkkeeper/Office Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material.
Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet office vistors and handle their inquires or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs.
Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
Proficient in Ms Word and Ms Excel, Quickbooks.
Process A/R and A/P, Payroll, Bookkeeping in Quickbooks.
Full Charge Bookkkeeper/Office Manager candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration.
High School Dipolma
3-5 years of office experience in
Quickbooks, bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, a/r and a/p.
Excellent in customer service, team player and works well with others.
Pay for this position is $19hr. This is a Direct Hire position. Company offers 401k, Health and Dental as well as paid vacation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
