Position is remote within the 9 state territory. Individual may reside anywhere within this area.
Job Summary
Provide and manager direct sales and technical support for a distributor network within the assigned territory (Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas) with a focus on market share growth. Identify gaps in the assigned territory and develop strategies to address those gaps.
Task and Duties
Responsible for meeting or exceeding an annual sales plan ranging from $6M - $10M in the assigned territory
Provide product sales training and intermediate technical training to distributor personnel in the assigned territory. Technical training will consist of instrumentation configuration and parameter setup via computer to meet application specifications
Identify product category sales gaps and/or territory gaps then develop strategies to address those gaps
Travel with distributor sales personnel to provide technical application support for end user presentations
Liaison between Product Managers and Marketing personnel regarding industry and market events such as, but not limited to: competitive information on products and policies, emerging technologies, market sector profiles, and Distribution Channel requirements
Manage travel and entertainment budget as required to grow sales in assigned territory
Submit periodic sales reports identifying regional outlook and sales funnel opportunities and risks to territory plan
## Job Requirements
Knowledge Skills / Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required
Must be willing to travel 50% to 60% within designated territory for distributor support, budget planning, sales meetings, training and marketing support
Proficient and comfortable with sales presentations to large groups (5 - 40 people)
Possess the ability to adapt communication, training and presentation style to a wide range of personalities and education levels
Discipline to work from a home office when not traveling within territory
Intermediate level of technical and application phone support for the product range
Results oriented with strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Goldmine CRM
Ability to interpret financial statements
Well-structured verbal and written communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
