Role

The Group Leader works closely with other staff in the classroom area to provide high quality child care for the assigned group. The Group Leader uses her/his knowledge and expertise to assist in planning and implementing the class curriculum. She/he facilitates children s play and learning, ensures children s health and safety, and assists in the cleaning, care and maintenance of all materials and equipment. The Group Leader also mentors assistant teachers as professionals in the field of early childhood education.
Education and Experience

Associate s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and at least six months of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Saver AED is required within 12 months of hire.

Valid Driver''s License and a satisfactory driving record (i.e., ability to be insured by Wyoming Medical Center''s policy carrier) are required.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
