This is a collaborative position between WMC and University of Wyoming Brand Nursing. The incumbent will be responsible for Medical/Surgical students during the academic year.
Role
As a member of Wyoming Medical Center's Human Resources team, the Clinical Educator Registered Nurse trains and assists in the coordination of education classes and assists in the professional development of Wyoming Medical Center staff and leadership.
Education and Experience
Master's degree in Nursing from accredited school of Nursing is required.
Education focus or background is preferred.
At least three years experience in acute care bedside nursing is required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Current Wyoming RN license is required.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provicers is required. AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is acceptable in lieu of BLS.
Instructor Certified for BLS, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
NoneEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
