Responsible for managing Rental Operations in a manner that is consistent with Titan Machinery's Strong Store Model
Lead and manage all aspects of the Rental business of the assigned Store
Develop plans and work with other managers to optimize rental performance for the Store
Responsible for the staffing and employee development for the Store/Department
Communicate rental performance to the Store Manager/Regional Rental Manager
Work with the rental team through the CRM process to maximize rental sales through efficient sales and marketing efforts and building strong customer relationships
Review and update rental contracts
Prepare monthly and annual rental budget
Maintain DPO's on all equipment movements including rental and equipment held for sale
Verify credit of new accounts
Responsible for equipment and merchandise stocking levels
Maintain insurance and bonding policies
Grow the rental business through organic same Store growth
Maintain government safety requirements and other regulations
Maintain quality control standards
Other duties/projects as assigned
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the equipment rental business or a related industry
3 years of management level experience in the rental industry
Demonstrated strong leadership skills including personal integrity and character
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated client service skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships
Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently
Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work flexible hours
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate team of employees to achieve successful results
Understanding of financial statements and ability to develop operating budgets
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
