Domestic New Car store, part of a Dealer Group is ready to hire an outstanding General Manager for this location. GM would have overall responsibility for running all phases of variable and fixed ops. Modern facility with Manufacturer mandated remodeling already completed. This opportunity has the potential for buy-in on a yearly basis up to 15% ownership. Dealer Group will provide full support for operational needs. The GM selected will have an excellent track record as a GM or GSM, understands how to move profit to the bottom line and wants to be an integral part of this community. For the right candidate, Dealer will pay up to $10,000 as a signing bonus and a guaranteed pay plan for the first year. Requires commitment to an employment contract.
